100 Moods from Finland is looking for Finns’ favourite hangouts
Finland’s centenary of independence project 100 Moods from Finland invites all the Finns and friends of Finland to suggest their favourite locations and moods that the whole world should experience. 100 of the suggestions will be documented in 360° videos.
100 Moods from Finland is looking for Finns’ favourite places and things to do. It might a cup of coffee in the wilderness, an evening in a summer festival, swimming in an ice hole or a sunset in the Finnish archipelago.
The moods will be documented in 360° videos and they can be experienced digitally in various channels and in an experiential igloo-style exhibition space, which is part of 100 Moods From Finland tour abroad. The igloo exhibition space takes viewers right in the middle of Finnish moods and landscapes.
“This project is special because we give people the possibility to take part and suggest how Finland is shown to the world,” says Miikka Niemi, the creator of the project from Flatlight Creative House. “We hope for surprising and interesting locations or moods to broaden the image of Finland.”
Follow the Finland 100 project throughout the year documenting moods from crowd sourced recommendations at www.100moods.com and on 100 Moods from Finland social media channels.
Suggestions can be submitted at www.100moods.com by 31 March.
