University Students’ Health Survey
The Finnish Student Health Service FSHS is preparing to publish the results of its University Students’ Health Survey. The survey focuses on university students aged under 35 who are currently studying for their first degree. The survey generates information on current student health problems, ongoing issues related to students’ ability to study, trends and the effects of development projects. The survey is unique both in Finland and internationally.
The survey includes conventional questions on health and health behaviours but also maps out other areas of life that are important for students’ health and ability to study.
The survey has been carried out every four years since 2000. Year after year, its basic questions have been changed as little as possible. There have also been various special themes in different years.
The study findings will be published on 13 Feb. 2017
